Return & Exchange Policy
At Kin & Nest, we want you and your little one to love every order. Because many of our products are sourced in small batches through fulfillment partners, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind. However, if there is an issue with your order, we’re here to make it right with a replacement or exchange.
Items Eligible for Replacement or Exchange
We will replace or exchange an item if:
- The item arrives damaged or defective
- You receive the wrong item
- You receive the wrong size from what was ordered
To request a replacement or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo or video showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem

Once approved, we will send a replacement item at no additional cost.
No Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method for:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong size
- Disliking the color, style, or fit
- Ordering by mistake
- Delayed delivery outside of our estimated shipping window
- Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout
Please review product descriptions, sizing charts, and shipping details carefully before placing your order.
Exchange-Only Resolution
If your item qualifies under this policy, our resolution will be one of the following:
- A replacement of the same item, or
- An exchange for the correct item or size, subject to product availability
If the exact replacement is unavailable, we may offer a comparable substitute of equal value.
Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene and child-safety reasons, we do not accept exchanges for:
- Feeding items
- Pacifiers
- Teethers
- Bath products
- Intimate or wearable toddler clothing
- Opened toys or items showing signs of use
This helps us maintain safety and quality standards for all families we serve.
Lost or Delivery Issue Orders
If tracking shows your package has not moved for an extended period, or if your order appears lost in transit, we may review the case and, if approved, send a replacement order.
If tracking shows Delivered but you did not receive the package, please first:
- Check your mailbox, porch, building lobby, or parcel locker
- Ask household members or neighbors
- Contact the shipping carrier
If the issue remains unresolved, contact us and we will review the case for a possible one-time replacement.
Incorrect Address Provided
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order.
If an incorrect address was entered at checkout:
- Orders cannot be refunded
- If the order has not yet been processed, we may be able to update the address
- If the package is returned to our fulfillment partner, we may offer reshipment for an additional shipping fee
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 8 hours of purchase only if they have not yet entered processing.
Once an order has been processed or sent for fulfillment, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or changed.
Quality Concerns
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect or quality issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos or video.
If approved, we will provide a replacement or exchange in accordance with this policy.
