When your order ships, we email you a tracking link. Search your inbox for "Kin & Nest", and check spam or promotions.
Sign in with your checkout email. We'll send you a one-time code, so there's no password to remember. Open Orders to see status and tracking.
Tracking usually starts updating within 2–3 business days of your shipping email.
Returns & Exchanges

Received something damaged, defective or not what you ordered? Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or exchange at no extra cost.
- Include your order number and a photo of the item.
- We don't accept returns for change of mind, so please check the Size Guide before ordering.

Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 3 business days and usually arrive in 6–9 business days (international orders). You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship outside the US?
Yes. We ship to other countries, and prices are shown in your local currency at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us at support@kinandnest.com within 8 hours of ordering. Once an order has shipped, we can't change it.
Sizing & Fit
What if my child is between sizes?
Size up. Kids grow fast, and a little extra room means more wear. See the Size Guide for measurements.
Which chart should I use?
If a product page has its own size chart, use that one. Otherwise, use our Size Guide and go by height and weight rather than age.
Returns & Exchanges
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?

How do gift cards work?
Our digital gift cards are delivered by email and can be used on anything in the store. To send one straight to someone, tick "I want to send this as a gift" on the gift card page.
